No Walls but Design is the charity auction organized by the NoWalls association, in collaboration with Christie’s, curated by Luca Molinari Studio, with the aim of supporting the work of integration between foreigners and Italians carried out by NoWalls, breaking down the walls with the beauty of art.

34 selected works: prototypes, drawings, photographs and many unique pieces, in some cases made ad hoc, and donated by important Italian and international designers, architects and photographers.

Among the prominent signatures that that took part to Luca Molinari Studio for NoWalls, there are Renzo Piano, Michele De Lucchi, Aldo Cibic, Formafantasma, Walter de Silva, Nathalie Du Pasquier, Giovanni Gastel, Giulio Iacchetti, Ugo La Pietra, Francesco Librizzi, Piero Lissoni, Fabio Novembre, Delfino Sisto Legnani, Franco Purini, Oliviero Toscani.

All the proceed of the auction will support NoWalls with the projects carried out in Milan: from Italian courses for foreigners in libraries, reception centers and public schools to supportive after-school programs, from the work desk for its students to the training of its volunteer teachers, from awareness-raising projects in public schools for the NoWalls International FC football team, consisting mainly of foreign students and italian children.

The exhibition opened on the 12th of September, in Sala delle Colonne of Palazzo Clerici, and ended with the auction on Friday 13 September. The No Walls but Design exhibition-event obtained the patronage of the Municipality of Milan, the partnership of ADI (Association for Industrial Design), and the technical support of Pedrali, Platform, BonnePresse and Maison Milano.
