The sum of small and large architectural works, restorations and urban regeneration projects, reimagined public spaces, parks, and infrastructures—when brought together on a single map—reveals a significant metamorphosis currently underway, aimed at renewing the capital’s collective imagination, not only in relation to its historical heritage but above all with regard to its present and future.
The exhibition project, on the occasion of the first exhibition inaugurating the new Urban Center of the capital, presents—through the original gaze of photographer Flavia Rossi—a selection of projects developed on areas transformed thanks to the Jubilee, and which remain as part of the city’s contemporary heritage. These micro-stories of architecture and communities are accompanied by a map summarizing all the interventions carried out in Rome during the Jubilee year.
